 FAQs

    10.    How much evidence is required for each student?

A portfolio of evidence must be prepared for each student being entered for accreditation (See pages 10-17 of
the Moving On Accreditation Teacher’s Handbook). This should consist of the following documentation:

  • Front Sheet containing Course of Study, Subject Area, Unit Content and Learning Outcomes (See page 10).
  • One Evidence Sheet per unit entered containing a photograph (if appropriate) and teacher statement (See pages 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the Moving On Accreditation Teachers’ Handbook).

The school’s Moving On Co-ordinator and Internal Moderator must sign the Validation Sheet (See page 21) only
after having moderated all student portfolios.
