    02.    Where does the EQUALS Moving On and Moving On Literacy and Numeracy sit in relation to the 
               P-Scales?
 


    The Moving On Level Descriptions approximate to the P-Scales ie. Levels 1-3 equates with P1-3 and Level 9 is 
    pre National Curriculum Level 1.
