    10.    Can other target setting schemes i.e. Pivats be used with the PACE 2 instead for 
                target setting assessment purposes ?

    No. The whole purpose of the scheme is to provide reliable measurement using a standardized assessment 
    package. All schools that submit data to the EQUALS project use the same assessment scheme (PACE2) that 
    is based on objective scales of measurement rather than ‘best fit’ judgments.
