Target Setting


EQUALS have operated a data collection and analysis scheme on behalf of schools since 1999.  The scheme provides data that is measurement rather than judgment based and as such provides schools with reliable and consistent results.

EQUALS Target Setting Review

The Target Setting Project has now been running successfully for six years.  The project has also developed internationally with schools in Hong Kong developing the scheme and, more recently, the whole of the Malta Special School Network adopted PACE and entered data into the project.

During 2006 EQUALS commissioned a review of the EQUALS Target Setting Project.

• The use of PACE in Target Setting and
   Assessment.
• Evaluation of Target Setting Project 06/07.
• Recommendations on ways forward.

EQUALS will be sending evaluation forms to all schools that took part 07/08, during the summer.
