 Professional Development
EQUALS has been asked on a number of occasions to run courses based on our materials for individual schools on one of their training days. Feedback from schools indicates that this service is highly valued and is of long term benefit. In addition there is significant demand from schools that have been using our published materials, to evaluate whether or not they are using the materials as they were intended. Training Requests
EQUALS can offer school-based consultancy to individual schools, to clusters of schools or regional groups. EQUALS considers requests from teachers, as long as they fall within the areas EQUALS have published and there are Professional Development Advisors available. Professional Development Advisors
The courses are staffed by EQUALS members from schools and LEA's around the country. Many have been involved in the writing of the publications and have a practical knowledge of how to implement them in schools. The topics that are currently offered include: - Teaching & Learning with the EQUALS
